According to the Interest Group Matrix, we can divide them according to the power they can exercise and have over our project and the interest shown by it..

In that sense we will obtain the following matrix 2 × 2:

  1. With interest and a lot of power: interest groups with whom you must connect and with whom to make the greatest effort to achieve INVOLVE them with your project.
  2. With less interest, but also power: they have potential for the possibilities, network of contacts, financing, convening power, etc. they have, but still show little interest in what we are doing. We will have to make an effort to have a good perception of our product or service. We will have to INFORM YOU with some pretext (launch, update, beta, etc.) looking to increase your interest.
  3. With interest, but little power: they have consideration for what we do, they are specially sensitized, they know us, but unfortunately they lack sufficient power to offer us an impulse or acceleration. Of course, it usually offers us feedback that will enrich our business idea. We will have to REPORT them information about our evolution.
  4. Without interest and with little power: we will simply put the "radar" in order to MONITOR them, to capture all their movements and possible changes of attitude regarding our project.
