3 — AUTONOMOUS / SUITABLE LEVEL.- responds to the normal requirement of competence. The person is able to apply the key components of competence without supervision. You can perform it on a regular and specific area. You may need the advice of others to apply it in a more complex and ambiguous than normal context.
2 — SUPPORT / INSUFFICIENT LEVEL.- Shows limitations. The person has developed the ability to apply some components of competence and does discontinuously and occasional. You can perform it in well-defined situations and needs close tutelage. You need improvement.
